When I went to pick up Jonathan Ezra, from playschool last evening, he exited from the school with these..

I asked him: "Jonathan, you made this snow-skinned mooncake for me to eat?"

He said: "yes"..

So sweet.. :)

But he ended up eating half of it himself last night.. :S

He made a good attempt with the self-made lantern though.. :)

Visited a few places this week.. Newton Food Centre.. Ikea Tampines.. Loewen Gardens @ Dempsey.. Liang Court..

Finished work early yesterday afternoon & went to Liang Court where I had this for my afternoon tea cum dinner..

We have officially shifted to our new home as of last Saturday! (Sorry that I have forgotten to mention in my previous blog post)

Yeah! Awesome! :D

Love our new house sooo much! :)

Big.. Beautiful.. Peaceful.. Quiet.. Convenient.. Great view during the day, night & at all times.. etc. :)

For the past entire week, I've only worked for a day.. :p

As mentioned in my previous blog post, I was on leave the Friday before last & on Monday, Tuesday was a public holiday in Singapore, thus I only returned to work on Wednesday..

Then again I took urgent leave on Thursday as Jonathan Ezra, had diarrhoea on Wednesday night & I brought him to see a pediatrician with Thomson Medical on Thursday morning..

Gosh! The consultation fee, together with the medical fee was exhorbitant! Just a very simple visit amounted to $170 over.. :/

But the medicine the pediatrician prescribed was extremely effective! :)

Then I was on Childcare Leave again on Friday as it was a school holiday & both the boys didn't have to go to school that day.. :)

So in summary, from the 26th of August 2011 to the 4th of September 2011, I only worked for 1 day!!! :p :)

Spent most of the days relaxing at home..

Visited the Sengkang Sports & Recreation Centre again yesterday..

Was there to check out the playschool for  Jonathan Ezra..

Cooked lunch upon reaching home..

Korean Mushroom noodles with spam, cheese & egg.. Cooked by yours truly.. :)

An eventful & fruitful 5 day long weekend! :) (updated)

On Friday, which was the first day of my 5 day long weekend, I visited Singapore Changi Airport, Terminal 2..

Had not been there for quite awhile..

Was there to visit the doctor, as I usually do whenever I don't feel well..

Lots of people are still puzzled and would always question me on why I would go all the way to the airport to visit the doctors as they hardly know of anyone who does so..

Well, the answer is already obvious in their question! Why I would go all the way there to see a doctor is because no one does so! So apart from the distance having to travel there & also the consultation fee may be steeper, but the best part of it all is... there's hardly a queue! :)

Everytime I visit the doctor there, I don't have to queue or wait long for my turn! How cool is that?! ;)

Anyway, after seeing the doctor that morning, I was prescribed with lots of medicine in which several may cause drowsiness, thus fortunately for me I chose not to drive that morning!

I boarded a bus instead! :)

‎It was my 1st time taking a bus ride after sooo long!

It's been a doggone looonnnggg time ever since I ever rode on 1..

Wanted to drive but did't wanna take the risk as I was on medication that'll cause drowsiness.. 如果吃藥會使你想睡，最好是不要駕車，搭個巴士還是安全點兒！

Thus, I rode the bus to Compass Point Shopping Centre where I met up with my "bro", Jason, for lunch..

He not only treated me to lunch, he even gave me a ride home in his car after our lunch.. ;)

On Saturday morning, I brought both the boys for breakfast @ McDonald's™ Changi Airport Terminal 3..

My boys love that week's train design that comes free with the Happy Meal! They have all 4 designs collected from the past weeks now.. :)

That night, I stayed up to watch the Presidential Election 2011 results.. Wanted to know who'll be our next president..

Sunday was shopping day with mum!

That afternoon, my mum & I met up @ OG Albert Street where we shopped for household items & products for my new home! :)

Monday was a very busy day for me!

That morning itself, sent Jonathan Ezra, to playschool, then I brought Shawn Ethan to Toast Box @ Compass Point Shopping Centre to have breakfast..

Went shopping for household stuff..

Checked out a new playschool for Jonathan Ezra..

Went home just in time for the LG staff who came to wall mount the 42 inch LED TV in the living room!

After which I spent the entire afternoon, sweeping & mopping the entire house, washing clothes, etc..

Despite us having "ebony & ivory" (black & white) as the color theme for our new home, I just realized today that the household items I bought for use in the kitchen & service yard are all colorful! I couldn't resist.. LOL! :P

My 5 day long weekend has started today..

今天拿病假。。拜一也請假。。拜二是公共假期。。總共五天的休假！

Haven't visited the library@Esplanade for some time, thus I went there this afternoon to return my library book & also chilled there for awhile.. :)

Love that place..

It's one of my favourite places to hang out..

A peaceful & quiet place to chill out.. Check out on the latest performing arts programs.. Browse thru' music score books, music books, classical music albums, music & movie DVDs.. Listen to musicians practise on their violins & piano @ the piano room..

This week is coming to an end & the excitement is building because Singapore is gonna hold its Presidential Election this coming Saturday!

This year's an exciting year..

A happening General Election & now an exciting Presidential Election..

All 4 nominated candidates are very good..

Up till this point, I'm still deciding who should I vote for.. :p

While Singapore's busy preparing for our Presidential Election, U.S. is also busy preparing for the worst as Hurricane Irene is expected to worsen & hit U.S. East Coast..

Let's not forget to keep U.S. in our prayers!

That Saturday evening, I brought  Jonathan Ezra to take a ride on the MRT train..

His 1st time riding the MRT train to Sengkang & he's overjoyed! :D

That night was also our 1st sleepover @ our new home! :D

Only on Saturday night, during our sleepover @ our new home, did I realized that all the water taps are installed in such a way that we are able to choose to have hot or cold water!

Oh blind me! :p

Spot the lever attached behind the tap, switch it upwards & the water stopper goes down & stops the water fm flowing down the pipe.. Switch it downwards & the water flows down the pipe again..

Ok.. Guess I was really too bored, so much so that I enjoyed playing with it.. LOL.. :p
