Took sick leave today as I've caught a flu..

Feels so good to be able to finally laze at home & in bed doing absolutely nothing!

今天請了病假因為感冒了。。終於可以賴床和賴在家里，甚麼都不做！:p

A very simple celebration held @ our residence, on the 3rd of December 2011, with 20 over immediate family members & relatives..

Party packs (consisting of 6 items - crackers, Choco sticks, jelly, lollipop, chocolates, corn snack) for the kids & our birthday boy's playmates in his playschool..

Having the same theme as our birthday boy's Angry Birds birthday cake, packets of Angry Birds Mini Hankies were given out to everyone..

Catered for 30 people with i-Pot Cuisine..

Extremely good experience..

Very good service & extremely delicious food!

The week so far...

It has been a busy week for me so far..

Visited many places this week..

Some of these places included several libraries.. Sengkang Public Library, Lee Kong Chian Reference Library..

Met up with my long-time friend, Celine, who visits Singapore very often..

We met up for lunch at Ajisen @ Bugis Junction, after which we went for a shopping spree @ Bugis Street on Monday afternoon.. (^_^)

Despite being so busy with work this week, I still managed to put up a few Christmas decorations @ home.. (^_-)

Hehe!

And also managed to watch 2 computer-animated movies on DVD & MioTV respectively..

It's been some time I've visited my hairstylist..

Thus on Wednesday afternoon, I stopped by her shop to have my hair trimmed, washed & styled..

Will probably visit her again before the Lunar New Year.. (^_-)

While I needed a hair cut, my car also needed a bath.. Haha!

Thus I also brought my car for a car wash that evening! (^_^)

趁昨天我拿假的機會，下午時分去探望我祖母，和她聊了一，兩個小時，也很開心。。(^_^)

As I took leave yesterday, I seized the opportunity to go to my paternal grandmother's house in the afternoon to visit her & chatted with her for an hour or two..

A simple thing like that also makes me very happy.. (^_^)

Jay Chou's new album - "Exclamation Mark" 驚嘆號

Jay Chou released his latest album - "Exclamation Mark" 驚嘆號 on the 11/11/2011 this year..

Stocks were delayed due to the overwhelming orders that were placed in advance before his album was actually launched.

This album was released for sale in Singapore this week..

I have since heard the entire album when I downloaded it via SingTel Amped this week.

I must say I was disappointed..

I've heard all the 11 songs in the entire album & only to find that 3 were to my liking..

To be very honest, his songs all sound so "recycled"..

As in, they all sound similiar to all his previous albums..

The melody, the style.. all sound so similar..

He just need to do a little "revamp" to his previous hits & WOLA!

Here comes a new album..

Hmm.. Well.. That's HIS style..

After all, he's still Jay Chou & even if his songs all sound similar, his albums still sell big-time..

I have all his 11 albums in my iPod..

And yes, despite them sounding similar, I still listen to them..

They are great for listening when I'm driving.. (^_^)

Knocked off early from work @ 2 plus pm yesterday & went to Far East Plaza for a pedicure! (^_^)

I usually have it done in dark colors such as black, dark red, dark blue, etc. But this time round, I had it done differently!

I chose Doraemon blue!!!

Haha!

Nice? LOL.. :p

After my pedicure session, I met up with my friend, Jay Ong, for a drink at ION Orchard. (^_^)

Had a great time catching up with each other! (^_^)

Like I mentioned in my earlier post, that in the midst of my busy schedule on my leave day, I met BB for lunch @ Ikea Tampines while I was there to buy some household stuff..

It's awesome to be there on a weekday as there's few people & ample parking space.. (^_^)
