Sometime in August whenSingapore GP released the news that for this year 2013 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix, they will be inviting BIGBANG to perform on the opening night, tickets for the Friday night's Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix practice race started selling fast and were soon sold out..
Needless to say, most of those who have bought the tickets were purchasing them not for any reasons related to the race but they purchased the tickets specially to watch BIGBANG perform live during the 11.15pm - 12.30am SG time slot that day.
Well, I must say I'm guilty to be one of the above mentioned! LOL!
As most of you, my faithful blog readers & fans, do know by now that I have been a VIP (a title for BigBang's fans) for more than 6 years now since their debut! ^_-
Wow! Now that's a long time! Haha! ^__^

Ok, let's cut to the chase, and without much further ado, here's what happened last Friday night, 20th of September 2013..

Ladies & Gentlemen... Start your engines!!! LOL!!!
It's the opening night for 2013 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix!!!
The crowd started slowly pouring in arnd the evening hours of 5-6pm & by 7pm the F1 Circuit Park was already very crowded with people from everywhere!
The practise rounds had already started since 3pm in the noon..
BUT it was gonna be a long night for VIPS as BIGBANG will not be performing until 11.15pm SG time that day. The venue of their performance - The F1 Padang Stage.

My heart goes out to those ardent fans!!! Some of them had already started queueing as early as the night before just to occupy the fan zone areas close to the stage as they wanna get as close as possible to their "idols"..
Such hardcore dedication!!! So heartwrenching though.. I always wish that these gals will learn to love themselves more!
As for me, I arrived on the night itself, didn't even bother to queue & even went for dinner 1st, but still managed to get special access into the fan zone area.. Haha.. That's a secret between me & my bodyguard.. ^_-

Just a few hours before the performance, check out the 35,000 strong crowd!!!
But without fail, at exactly 11.15pm, BIGBANG appeared to open the night with a BIGBANG indeed!!!

As usual, just like in every concert of theirs, BIGBANG never fails to engage with their fans, give lots of fanservice & at all times never failing to exude awesome showmanship.
Always never failing to thank their fans for everything, running all around the stage during every one of their concerts to ensure that fans in every section gets to see them.
Despite always being drenched in sweat & perspiration, with all the running they do, resulting in having their makeup & hairdo getting ruined, they will still never fail to have fun & party on with the fans!
Each and everyone of them made a great attempt to speak in fluent American English the entire night..
Forever so amazing these guys are! ^_^

At the end of the night, GD promised that BIGBANG will soon be having a comeback with a new album and a new concert tour.
“Till then, please wait for us..” he tells VIPS..
And so the night literally ended AND 2013 Formula 1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix officially opened with a BIGBANG!
