My grandfather's 87th birthday dinner at Pu Tien Restaurant was a 10 course dinner.. :d
The 10 course dinner consists of:
1) Cold Dish Platter
2) Shark's Fin soup
3) Bean Curd Skin; Mushroom & vegetables
4) Fried Grouper
5) Fried Shrimp Rolls
6) Fried Crispy Chicken
7) Honey-Glazed Pork Ribs
8) Claypot / Hotpot Braised Sea Cucumber
9) Fried Vermicelli
10) Steamed Yam Paste ( for dessert )
There were 3 tables reserved for us.. :)
