This is so cool.. Very true & meaningful..

Ending a relationship is just like having the worst nightmare after having the best dream.

We cannot beg someone to stay if they want to leave and be with someone else.

We have to admit that love doesn't give us the license to own a person.

This is what love means...sacrifice.

Often times we say goodbye to the person we love without wanting to.

Though that doesnt mean that we've stopped loving them or we've stopped to care.

Sometimes goodbye is a painful way to say I love you.

Some people say the worst way to miss someone is when they are right next to you and you know you can't have them, but it's worse when you thought you didn't want them anymore and then all of a sudden you realize you can't live without them.

Deep in my heart, I'm suffering, knowing that I've lost you.

On the outside, I'm living, pretending that I've forgotten you.

A failing love is like desperately hanging on to something precious; not wanting to give up, but your hands feel the pain.

And, when you finally let go, you're free from any pain, but your hands are empty.

How can I promise you forever when tomorrow is so far away from me?

How can I dry your tears when I have a bleeding heart inside of me?

How can I ever forget you when your name is etched so deep within me?

They say no matter how dark the night is, the sun always rises again ...

I say lost love makes one realize that no matter how bright the day is, the sun will always set again.

A heart breaking isn't always as loud as a bomb exploding..

Sometimes it can be as quiet as a feather falling..

And the most painful thing is, no one really hears it, except you..

Who do you run to when the only person who can make you stop crying, is exactly the one who is making you cry?

Short Circuit 2

Met Clement as usual that evening at City Hall to go attend a strictly private event held at The Substation..
Short Circuit 2 is a strictly private event, a strictly private short local film festival, held at The Substation..
Short Circuit 2 is a one-night film showcase curated by Boo Junfeng and Alfian Sa'at, (both Clement's friends ), which will celebrate works by either *queer filmmakers or those dealing with *queer subjects..
Following a successful inaugural screening last year, Short Circuit is back again! It's been a rollercoaster year for the *queer community in Singapore, and what better way to cap the year than with a film screening that affirms the vital contributions of *queer film makers to local cinema.
With a menagerie of lions, locusts and monkeys, and spanning the globe, from London to Los Angeles to Katong, join us as we celebrate some of the freshest and finest works from some of Singapore's most promising young directors!
Me being blatantly straightforward, direct & honest, as usual, shall make it easier for my faithful blog readers here to understand that the meaning of *queer here means gay k? ;p

Entry to Short Circuit 2 is restricted to only those who are a friend or close friend of any of the local filmmakers / producers / directors of any of the 10 short films that are being shown..

Of course, being a friend of Clement.. I managed to have the privilege & honour to be attending this event.. :)

Thank you, "darling".. ;)

It was altogether a very interesting experience for me..

And we really enjoyed ourselves a lot.. :)

Cos at this event, it's where we get lots of opportunities to interact & network with many of our very own local short filmmakers / producers / directors..

And watch their short films & works.. :)

Our very own darling Royston Tan
who gave you lots of productions like 881,

4:30,
15, Cut etc.. was there too! :)

Of course, there were many other filmmakers / producers / directors there too.. :)

Not forgetting.. Boo Jun Feng ( Clement's friend )

Some of his popular works are like Solos,

Brian Gothong Tan ( Clement's friend )

Wow!!! This guy gave us sooo many works..

I've lost count to an extend that if I were to name all of them here, there's sooo many, this blog post will seem like it's never gonna end!!! ;p
Of course, there are many more of Clement's friends who are filmmakers, directors & producers who were at the event & not mentioned in this blog post..

Anyway, I really respect them & take my hat off to them, cos' they are all really nice people & most of them are very humble too..

Amazing.. for the fact that most of their works has actually won lots of awards internationally in different film festivals all around the world..

It is my honour & privilege knowing these guys and their works!!! :)
