That night, we also went to visit my maternal grandfather in hospital, after which, we drove to Thomson Road's Han's Cafe & Cake House 24 hour branch outlet for supper..
We had their Chinese food dishes such as Hor Fun.. Mui Fan..
And of course.. I could not resist their signature peach tarts!!! :d
