These bunnies known as Tuzki (兔斯基), are one of my favorite MSN emoticons!Simplistic, noseless and mouthless, Tuzki has been hot with MSN users since the beginning of 2007. He originally hails from China, created by Wang Momo, a student in animation department of Beijing Broadcasting Institute.
Chinese people, who have a penchant for all things cute, have a favorite phrase, "Q Q". Yes literally, Q(1) Q(1), which sounds a bit like "cute cute". So they will say something like "you have such a Q Q face!" meaning your face is cute and supple.
Q also sounds like a mix of cute and cool --> cu-ool. Remember Jolin Tsai's catchy little ditty Mr Q?
